About Us​

Helping Hearts and Hands (HH&H) is a national NDIS service provider that bridges the gap between high-level clinical support and authentic Christian community.

We are a team of strategists, clinicians, and mentors who believe that disability support should do more than just manage a life; it should empower one. Operating under the 2026 NDIS Support Needs framework, we specialise in moving participants toward Independent Living through a seamless, outcome-driven pathway of professional counselling and mentored support.

Support Work

We support people with disability to navigate daily life — whether that involves personal care, routines, community participation, communication, or independent living skills. Our support workers work across all NDIS-recognised disabilities, including physical, intellectual, neurological, sensory, and psychosocial disabilities.

Counselling Service

Our counselling is shaped by a Christian worldview, offered ethically, and delivered in a way that aligns with NDIS principles designed to help people with disability: grow confidence in independent living, develop emotional regulation and resilience, strengthen decision-making and boundaries and build healthy routines and relationships

A Pathway For Services

Some people with disability are unable to access diagnosis, services, or the NDIS due to homelessness, trauma, or systemic barriers. As a specialist extension of our work, we operate an access pathway that helps disadvantaged individuals: access NDIS supports where appropriate, connect with assessment and diagnosis and navigate service systems

We are not just a service provider. We are a community of hands and hearts, working together to see lives transformed by the power of purpose and independence.
